Basic requirements for texts

  • Paragraphs should be no more than 500 characters without spaces, and the size of a sentence should not be more than 250 characters.
  • The uniqueness of each text is 90-95% (even among themselves) according to the 1text.com service
  • List at least two H2 subheadings. Headings should correspond to the main theses of the text (without duplicating them as subheadings) and the topic of the site, contain keywords, differ from each other and from the title of the article (H1).
  • All headings must be written in the document in heading format: H1 = Heading 1, H2 = Heading 2, H3 = Heading 3, etc.
  • The text should not contain grammatical and punctuation errors.
  • All texts must be easy to read and easy to understand. Lack of tautology – we use synonyms and thematic vocabulary.
  • Each text must use at least one bulleted or numbered list. If you are describing a procedure, you can use a numbered list. If there is a subheading before or after the list, they must be separated by at least 1 sentence.

Requirements for the use of keywords

  • All keywords specified are mandatory.
  • The keys can be declined, but you cannot change their part of speech – for example, you cannot replace the “buy” key with “purchase”.
  • Keywords should be evenly distributed throughout the text and must be used in subheadings.
  • The text should not be spammed with keys or any other words.
  • The percentage of occurrence of keywords – no more than 3% (check here).
  • Each keyword must be used in the number of 3-5 times.

The text should not use:

  • Exact occurrences of keywords (phrases used to promote the site in an unchanged form (for example: buy windows in Toronto) – their use not only harms the readability of the text, but also negatively affects the ranking of search engines).
  • useless, obvious, uninteresting, formulaic phrases and expressions, boring text elements
  • Introductory words (for example, in simpler terms, of course, of course, so, nevertheless, perhaps, most likely, probably, etc.) – only in really necessary cases.
  • Clichés, hackneyed phrases (“a team of experienced professionals”, “reasonable prices that will surprise / delight / make every customer happy” and the like).
  • Excessively long sentences – we divide long thoughts into short, understandable and consistent sentences.
