Google Ads Adaptive Banner Sizes
Adaptive Ads uses 3 kinds of banner sizes
1. Horizontal orientation
The aspect ratio is 1.91: 1
Size – 1200 x 628.
2. Square
The aspect ratio is 1: 1
Size – 1200 x 1200
3. Logo
It is recommended to use a transparent background for any logos, but the logo must be aligned to the center of the margin
- The aspect ratio is 1: 1 (square).
- The recommended size for a square logo is 1200 x 1200 (the minimum size is 128 x 128).
- The aspect ratio is 4: 1.
- Size – 1200 x 300 (minimum size – 512 x 128).
Important:
1. The size of one file must be no more than 1 MB.
2. Image text is discouraged, but acceptable if:
– takes no more than 20%. The image may shrink and the text will be distorted;
– the font is large, so that when reduced, it also remains readable
3. In some advertising spaces, the image may be cropped by up to 5% on the left and up to 5% on the right.
